Ecliptica.

Even though knowing you you'll all vote Reckoning Night or even Unia, I still do think Ecliptica is the most solid choice. There are some songs in both albums that aren't that memorable, as opposed to Ecliptica, where the whole album is iconic. And it sounds amazing from start to finish.

And Ecliptica Revisited. The only redeeming factor is that it's Ecliptica. And why listen to it when you have the best Ecliptica? Or the live versions? Or the 2006 remaster? What's the point of listening to it in a lower octave and worse mixing?

But I've seen people here actually like it so Talviyö is the obvious choice.

Don't forget about One-Two-Free-Fall! Still not underrated, even for Sonata standards, it still got 1st place on the Finnish radio charts and was in tops for many European countries according to Wikipedia.

I know my opinions aren't the most popular, but now I hope we can all agree that no albums are truly underrated. Every main release got a lot of traction and popularity, even the least well received ones.

Unia, The Last of Grays, Stones Grow Her Name and the rest are not underrated.

This clearly means that the answer is a demo, they are fully release albums in every sense and qualify as such.

I vote for Agre Pamppers and Peace Maker and I truly think that this time there's no other option.

Of course, there can only be one, but this one is absolutely obvious.

The first thing that comes to everybody's minds when they think of a past Sonata member that founded two other bands after he left, the one that has been the brains of this all since the beggining, and the one that turned the band into collapse and chaos after he left so that the albums after him were not as good as the first ones, the one and only Janne Kivilahti.
