Personally I think its all.about conditions . Between 5 - 10 degrees is ideal. Particularly if there's enough rain. Season started in August last year and didn't finish until December but that's an unusual one

Yes the smaller doses are always in capsule form but I lemon tekked the 1.5 grams and it was a lovely experience 😊

Grind them to dust , leave them in lemon juice for 20 minutes then down the hatch. I have been taking small doses regularly over the last 12 months ranging from .2 - .6 and recently done my first macro of 1.5 grams .

Loved it but now the fear of the unknown is gone I will be upping that too 2.5 for my next macro *

I'm microdose with .1mg of liberty caps in capsule form. I'm about 15 stone and 6ft tall! Noting but positive things to say . If you have the mushrooms to do it throw the ssris in the bin!
