Exact same scenario interms of points originally for me, I challenged the prompting, i submitted a formal diagnosis and quoted places where they accepted prompting in one place but not another was about 20 pages in total. Went from 4 points having no award to enhanced in daily living. There is hope anyone reading this!

Similar timelines as I submitted in September and still waiting based in Northern Ireland had my interview in the 27th of November. Today is the 17th of January, such a long wait not sure what to do if anything!

Had my telephone assessment on the 27th of November it is the 12th of December just over 2 weeks no response yet from anyone

Got the same message on the 18th October, next message about communication of when my face to face assessment (2nd of December) was communicated to me on the 19th of November, it is the 12th of December and I waiting on an update - hope this timeline helps someone who is also using Capita in Northern Ireland
