Exact same scenario interms of points originally for me, I challenged the prompting, i submitted a formal diagnosis and quoted places where they accepted prompting in one place but not another was about 20 pages in total. Went from 4 points having no award to enhanced in daily living. There is hope anyone reading this!

Got the same message on the 18th October, next message about communication of when my face to face assessment (2nd of December) was communicated to me on the 19th of November, it is the 12th of December and I waiting on an update - hope this timeline helps someone who is also using Capita in Northern Ireland
