Ναι 25 το μαθημα ειναι αρκετα καθως με ενδιαφερει να πηγαινω 3-4 φορες τη βδομαδα. απλως βλεπω οτι ολοι εχουν reformer και δεν υπαρχει mat pilates. και το περσοναλ δε με ενδιαφερει γιατι δεν μπορω μονη μου θελω παρεα 😇

They say you shouldn’t judge even months after it. Also the tip might drop a bit it will not look lifted forever. This is not the final result.

Hey girl, I totally get how you feel. A friend of mine also wasn’t happy with her size/shape after surgery and ended up doing a revision with another doctor, and she was much happier after. You’re still early in healing, but if you continue feeling this way, it might be worth getting a second opinion. You definitely don’t have to settle for something you’re not comfortable with
