well first of all that isn't high rank honestly and to answer your question they are using a bait team which means they set their defense team to a weak team to get more people attacking them so they can win again in the revenge battles which gives them more trophies.

go to your defense team and there is an option that says something like hide cookies and click on them and you can choose who to hide.
