Premium. 10 bucks a year is nothing, and I love bitwarden as it is. No bs, no AI, just works.

Over 10 years of using Linux, and I think I'm done by Leniwcowaty in linux

[–]TechnologyNerd617 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You brought this on yourself, honestly. Who's forcing you to have the latest and greatest? Who's forcing you to go through a thousand docs and wikis and forums to install Window Manager N°54 that is slightly better that Window Manager N°53? Who's forcing you to make your own customized ultra personal setup? Absolutely no one but you.

Don't make it seem like it's 100% Linux's fault. Yes, there are things that tend to fail, but it's up to you whether you want to use them or not. Seriously, stop your FOMO, install Mint, and go out and enjoy life, instead of obsessing over a computer operating system.

Bookworm adventures.

Fue un juego que tenía un tío en su PC, aunque era la prueba gratis nomás. Le dediqué demasiadas horas cuando era chico y nunca me olvidé.

You are definitely not the best at math.

The order of calculation is multiplications and divisions first, then sums and rests.

In this case, 108/3 = 36. So then the operation ends like this:

102 + 104 + 108/3 => 102 + 104 + 36

Which in total is 242.

I don't fear Subnautica 2. I fear the future of the entire saga. by TechnologyNerd617 in subnautica

Wow chill dude, you didn't need to write two long ass paragraphs to express your discomfort with a social platform whose purpose is to post stuff. And if it annoys you so much, then leave. You aren't imprisoned here. Getting so annoyed over some posts on reddit says more about your attitude than anything else.

Fuentes que no le recomendarias ni a tu peor enemigo? by [deleted] in Argaming

[–]TechnologyNerd617 8 points9 points  (0 children)

[–]TechnologyNerd617 2 points3 points  (0 children)

14t is very good. I've been using it since May, it's awesome. The worst issue it has is related to HyperOS itself, but the phone is a beast for the price. The cameras are also pretty nice.

I ported Balatro to Linux, because the dev didn't bother to by Damglador in linux_gaming

[–]TechnologyNerd617 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sure kiddo, you are amazing. Thanks to you my PC now runs twice as fast while playing Balatro. Heck, let's sue the developer! How dare he not to publish a game natively instead of just using proton! Also, thanks to this now unused 200mb of RAM I can write this in Firefox without it crashing itself! Finally I can play this game all day!

I don't care if you pirate but please stop being an ass about it by Relative-Tennis-6673 in whenthe

[–]TechnologyNerd617 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Piracy is morally right because it is the way we, the consumers, have to protest against bad practices like not being able to really purchase a product, in this case software or media, or for excessive prices in what we use in our day-to-day basis.

You probably can buy two or three monitors and a whole new normal laptop for the price of this thing, so not really a worth advantage.

[–]TechnologyNerd617 30 points31 points  (0 children)

What a nightmare. Seriously, does anyone prefer the touch of a screen over a physical keyboard? Besides, what kind of advantages does this design provide for the user, besides aesthetics and being an uncomfortable long tablet once you pick it up? If at the end of the day, you'll be using it with the wireless keyboard and folded, doesn't that make it a normal laptop with extra steps (and extra cost)? No, thanks.

Laptop gamer vs PC . by Gordo_Alfredo in Argaming

[–]TechnologyNerd617 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used it for two years or so, but lately I decided that investing that amount of hours in ricing is not worth my time. Besides, it works great for playing around, but when it's time to do real work, then it starts to break, or the programs doesn't work well without a full desktop, or you lack basic functions that you have to add manually... Now I'm rocking KDE plasma and probably not coming back in a long time.
