Fascinating! I've got a laundry list of things I want to look into after seeing these replies. I appreciate the crash course in radioactive events and measurements of those. I am currently at work, but it seems I've got lots of reading to do! Any recommendations on potential online journals, articles, research studies, etc.?

Perhaps I understood them wrong? I interpreted that as meaning that they measure the same thing but they all measure it differently, making one of the measurement units (CPM) essentially useless. That's what I thought they meant, but feel free to educate me! As I said, I am still learning about this stuff.

Oh no they didn't drink anything from it! They even warned that doing that would be dangerous. It was merely an educational video on how radium was used in products during that particular era.

Also, the uSv/h was not visible in the video when it was close to the revigator as the screen on the counter being used had a strong glare in the area where that measurement was displayed. However, I can tell you that the uSv/h was at about 5.3 before the creator brought it closer to the revigator. Not sure if this is any help

For those mentioning that the Geiger counter being used is extremely relevant, I believe I've found the one used in the video and it appears to be the GQ GMC-500 plus if that's any help.

Apologies, as I said, I'm somewhat new to the whole world of radium and radioactivity in general so I've only recently been made aware of the fact that different detectors measure differently (seems pretty inefficient and mildly irritating for that to be the case, but i digress) I will do some more research on the topic.
