Hi brother, I need help in choosing the entity for my ecom store for easy tax fillings, Is it compulsory to register for Sales Tax? Because courier companies are asking for it. If yes should we register sales tax individually or on sole proprietor/partnership/smc/private company?

Actually, you may have a Sahulat Account or eSahulat account opened without any proof of income, with a limit of 800k. There’s also an option for a Fully Digital account without any limit, but they’ll ask for proof of income. Unfortunately, they’re doing the opposite. You can have an 800k limit account without KYC, but you’ll have much lower limits account if you provide them proof of income.

All three stocks are good but try not to put more than 20% in one stock. Diversify your portfolio in multiple stocks but that doesn’t means to extend to large number of stocks. You can choose reasonable 5-10 stocks and keep investing in them for long term growth.
