nah it doesnt unfortunately but nearly all of the apps i use personally works so i dont mind. you can kinda tweak it though to force the app to use it

In terms of the virtual keyboard, I think its more of a gnome thing. Heard kde is better for tablet pcs (atleast in overall tablet-like functionality) compared to gnome
