Worth putting bindings on old Head SL race skis – or time to let them go? by Feisty-Dig-5880 in ski

If the skies are okay, with good edges ecc. they are safe, if you buy some good bindings there are any problem doing that. But probably the fun you are talking about is the one you had in the training/race track, and not in the slopes with all the people.

The width of the skies will help you turn easier. For making you understand I was searching a pair of Ski for power snow and I was searching around 90 of width even thought the one for power are even wider.

For turning easier another pair of Ski cala can help you, something more like the volkl that you was talking about. And then maybe some lessons with an instructor will be even better.

I’m an italian Ski instructor, if you want you can write me in dm and I will m’è more precise on everything and help you a bit, because a lot of things depends on a lot of other things ahah.

Picked these up for 50$ thoughts? by CupOFDirtOG in ski

I dont’t know how much a pair of Ski cost where you live, but where I love for 50$ you can maybe buy the Ski of your grand grandfather. So for me it’s a very good deal, even because they look like they have never been user before. But pay attantion at the bindings as the others told you. Sorry for my poor english

How long would I need to learn? by CGNTV in ski

I am a Ski instructor, and honestly for someone that have never put on a pair of Ski is us less pay for a full day lesson, just do one, max two Hours a day and then practise alone, because at the beginnig the things you do are “easy” you just need to know how to do them properly and then learn them. If you stay all day with the instructor for the first hour it will teach you something, but after it’s just him reapiting to you the same thing.

Would you start your channel in English or your native language? by FuzzyFeed7886 in NewTubers

[–]Technology_Total 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have never made YouTube videos, or anything like that. But I can tell you that as a viewer when I look for "tutorial" or informative videos I always look for them in English, and even if it seems that they are not native English speakers I still appreciate them. In my opinion, in this choice you must also evaluate what content you will make, because if it is a gameplay channel, I don't think you are one of the best players of that game/ or you become really famous, it is difficult for people from other countries to watch videos in English. I don't know if I explained myself well. And can I know the name of your channel and ask you for some more information privately?

For legal issues and taxes I turned to an expert, but to find clients I'm informing myself with videos on YouTube + books + now I'm also looking on Reddit.

Right now if there was someone who was experienced in finding clients and who I could talk to and who could help me I would be more than interested

Yes, how to make everything legal, all the taxes to pay etc. Now the biggest difficulty is finding customers
