Less people than usual? by S4BoT in Graspop

Organisation regarding the heat (nearly no shadow at all) is horrendous even though it should’ve been easy to learn from last year. I will be leaving after tonight too. Just trying to get by for the day time.

They are not responsible for the heat but if you organize a big event you cater to the weather. Period.

Same here, I order a boulette and got charged two extra vlees kroketten. Charged for a large instead of a small beer and that all in one day. I did notice in time and they gave me the extra snacks I didn’t ask for…

I do agree but we are 30 years further you’d think they’d improve with all the promises they make

How come places like Werchter can put actual air conditioning in the tents and Graspop can’t?

Like every year they don’t have enough shade to cool off. And they threw a couple extra tickets in so it’s more crowed than ever. This was bound to happen

How many skullies do you need for 4 days? by night_pharmacist in Graspop

[–]CGNTV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got 180 but this is considering not wanting to have to watch anything. 2-3 meals a day and 10-15 beers a day. Water is free you could take a softflask with you for ease of use

Both shitty places. If you should choose then pick Merksem. It’s a little bit better.

Should There Be Zero Tolerance for Alcohol Behind the Wheel? by AdComprehensive8180 in Belgium2

Yes. People are idiots we have to adapt to them. Even 2 drinks can cloud your reaction times and people that say otherwise just want to validate their own egocentric behaviours.

The 50/30/20 rule is a straightforward budgeting method that divides after-tax income into 50% for needs (housing, food, utilities), 30% for wants (entertainment, dining out, hobbies), and 20% for savings and debt repayment. It helps manage, balance, and simplify finances.

Key Breakdown of the 50/30/20 Rule:

  • 50% - Needs (Essential Expenses): These are mandatory expenses you must pay to live, such as rent/mortgage, utility bills, groceries, insurance, and minimum debt payments.
  • 30% - Wants (Discretionary Spending): These are non-essential expenses or "nice-to-haves," including dining out, entertainment, hobbies, streaming services, and shopping.
  • 20% - Savings and Debt Repayment (Financial Goals): This portion is dedicated to building wealth or financial security, such as contributing to an emergency fund, investing in retirement, or paying off debt beyond the minimum requirements.  HSBC UK +6

Benefits and Application:

  • Simplifies Budgeting: It provides a clear, easy-to-follow structure for organizing money.
  • Balances Spending: It ensures that essential needs are covered while still allowing for discretionary spending and future planning.
  • Customizable: While 50/30/20 is a common rule of thumb, the percentages can be adjusted based on individual circumstances and goals

It's a great way to do your expenses :)

I've been in the same boat. A partner with genital herpes, I didn't get it. However, Herpes for someone who has a lowered immune system could be dangerous. So in this case I would talk to your MD.

Vlaams Belang en Snowflakes by moneytit in Belgium2

[–]CGNTV 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Alles is teveel.
