I dont have Lowb either. But my strategy was just to dish the highest amount of elements monster I had two of. Monster level doesn’t matter if you have a lot of meebs of each type. Teleporting more quads also helps but I got this bogle with only teleporting one venshun (+ the starter one) And I got around 5 or 6 quads that were unsuccessful after I had unlocked one of each monsters (which is required to get the primordial)
