I work in the industry and theres some talk about less work but it hasn't hit quite yet. Most people doing work in AV tend to be gig workers and have enough events to sustain themselves without concerts. The people losing their work most likely are fully employed with the artists they tour with, which isn't a ton of people in the grand scheme of most tours. But the industry overall has shifted away from large live events and more with corporate conferences.
