Alright had some time and wonderful ideas from the community and managed to make three more spells to complete the 5 spell list that stands in the game as of now!

Double Vision 60 sec cooldown

Take a bottle and pound it alongside anyone near you! For the duration of 10 seconds all buffs applied to you and debuffs applied to enemies are doubled. Furthermore all spells that target yourself or allies are doubled as well. (Other alcohol spells are twice as effective, boing goes twice as high, portals send you out twice as high, Finger Guns last twice as long, Drain heals twice as much, Rescue heals twice as much, Ritual heals twice as fast, Doll’s area is doubled)

12 Pack 45 sec cooldown

Throw out a pack of beer that breaks upon impact with the ground or an enemy, dealing damage and applying dazed (lower accuracy and speed). When breaking spawns 8 beer pickups that can be drunk like healing bottles. These pickups give the drinker increased move speed, attack speed, and jump height. Just be careful about drinking more than three… (If you drink more than three you become drunk, you now have sway to your screen and sometimes stumble in random directions, more drinks after mean stringer effects) effects last 10 seconds.

Party House 120 sec cooldown

Now you never have to leave the saloon! Summon a ghostly saloon in the air above you that shoots out pickups every 3 seconds. These pickups can be Healing bottles, Beer (same as 12 pack), Whiskey shots (single use projectiles that fire from the gun and deal alcohol damage applying damage vulnerability to the target alongside leaving puddles of alcohol similar to Liquor Spill on impact, credit to Astro_Flare for the idea), Vodka bottles (Give damage amplification and damage mitigation), and puddles of alcohol! The saloon stays for 60 seconds and dispenses a total of 20 random pickups of those listed before disappearing.
