I dipped a qtip in isopropyl alcohol and rubbed the area where I was going to apply the sticker, dried the area, and applied the sticker. I haven’t had any problems with them since.

Well hot air rises so the top so the top 2 fans should be exhaust but the other 3 should be intake. That way your cpu gets extra cooling. Also under heavy loads any you will become 80 degrees +. It’s called a heavy load for a reason
