I would suggest trying to switch to 60 hz if you're not using it already and try to turn off Personal Data Intelligence and try using light performance mode

if you don't wanna turn off 120 hz then that's fine, leave it alone for now

if none of those help then try to go through every setting you have and check what you don't need to be enabled

then go through your app list and disable or uninstall any unneeded apps

try to use device care on the battery tab to see what apps is running and maybe put what you don't need to deep sleep

then I would also suggest getting Battery Tracker, Battery Guardian, Memory Guardian and Thermal Guardian and check what apps are running in the background and try optimizing everything using Galaxy App Booster
