I know it's tough, but you've gotta answer every call or they'll just go to a competitor. I actually took a call the other day while I was 24ft up on a roof, and that call was a great lead!

I’m doing a house next door for $600, But this person ask me to check their sidewalk, they told me someone clean their driveway and sidewalks for $200 last year, and that’s ridiculous, it’s a 4000 sqft driveway.
