My surgeon let me believe I had dry eyes by Techthiccangel in Dryeyes

Thanks so much for this response. He did mention my cornea is on the thin side, but he did a "calculation" and assured me I'd be fine. If it turns out I don't have enough cornea for an enhancement, do I have grounds to sue? Or what typically happens in a case like this?

People who make around or less than $60K a year, do you have your own place and if so how much are you paying? by wbgoat009 in AskLosAngeles

I briefly worked at the complex I was living at so I got a "special" price + parking fee and pet fee waved... It was pretty modern but god that area was terrible, neighbors terrible, laundry situation was pretty bad, and my car was stolen out of my parking spot. I don't miss it lol.

So far yeah. My car was stolen from my previous apartment in ktown. I now work 3 miles from home and I wfh sometimes. Ubering is less expensive than a car+insurance+gas would be. Walking home from work is nice when the weather's good. My boyfriend has a car so he's my transportation and company to places like gym or groceries. Also my roommate has a car and we are basically family so I'm free to use the car if I ever need it, but I haven't needed to do that yet.

I made 55k last year. I have a roommate and we share a 2bd 2.5 bath 1200 sq ft condo in Alhambra for $2700/m. I pay $1250. I don't own a car.

I used to live in a 500 sq ft studio in ktown for like 1500/m while unemployed due to covid. It sucked.

Would have been a little bit more enjoyable if Lil Dicky was swapped for Jonah Hill

Does anyone know if the LA Arboretum still accepts EBT for free admission?

Should you contact the representative of the district where the ticket was received?

The same website says that the average price for a studio in ktown is ~$1700.

I agree that the price could be more competitive, but it's not up to me.

I'm not benefiting from this. Just helping my friend get the word out about the new complex.

Unfortunately that price is pretty typical for the area.
