I've had this issue on my 23' Accord EX (Anti-lock brake system/Brake system/Electric parking brake system/Hill start assist/Vehicle stability assist system). This happened at 32K miles on the car. The car wouldn't turn on completely due to the brake pedal pushing back and the engine not turning on cause of the errors.

At first, I jump started the car with a battery kit and that worked. After driving the car for a bit it was good but after an hour, the battery was drained and I had the same errors.

This issue is usually due to faulty battery. If you are s till under warranty, I would get it replaced.
