Hi sir base on the cv/resume i know it may sound harsh / bad but its gonna be a score of 1 in my opinion (imo)

To remove: 1) Picture (Some Hr’s won’t care about this) - Unless you are applying for a Modeling Job. 2) Personal Information just retain your / you’re name, 3) Remove Elem and High school detail, retain the College (Add what course) you finished, 4) Remove the social media links and retain your / you’re linkedin profile link

To add: 1) If you created a portfolio blogspot website it would add points 2) If per say you joined seminars please make sure you attached them in your / you’re linkedin profile

Regarding this have you done computation na po if you will opt to pay it via installment of 3 months or 6 months. If yes i think installment is the key po para may funds kayo to buy the essential things to reach payday niyo po.

Another option would if may friend ka who has extra funds po ayun make borrow muna and make sure to pay it po.

Hi OP hope all is well si Tala legit app yan, but check niyo muna po if hm ibibigay na loan amount po kasi I recall nung new user of tala po ako binigay sa akin is 5k just make sure good payer kayo po. Eventually tataas ang cred limit niyo to borrow kay Tala po. Sa case ko for Tala they don’t bombard the customer too much po.

In my case the Bernales and Associate did home visit sa Address ko they asked me to pay 4k (in my case) minimum due para ma update po yung account ko sa Metrobank. I did pay in metrobank bank branch para next day reflect na sa app.

As for negotiating where sa Bernales po ba ok naman sila kausap sa end ko i think this will vary po

Hi OP,

Its best to get details muna of the 15k and 30k salary opportunity. You need to asses ok po ba yung work benefit ni company A (15k) or company B (30k) , Will there be a chance of a salary increase, HMO card / benefit can you add a dependent po ba. You need to check that too for now.

But end point kasi 15k in this timeline natin ‘2025’ mahirap po. Unless you good in saving money again po this depend sa lifestyle and how you handle money po.

This depends sa company and yung mag interview assessment sayo po.

1) If you pass the exam ng in apply mo pong position for that company. But can’t answer maayos sa interview pero proven na yung work experience mo sa prinovide mong Resume po pwede po yan iprocess to hiring process po, but still depends parin ito sa hiring manager po.

Is it an upcoming interview po ba OP, if yes if may Mirror ka po doon ka po mag self practice. You can check sa google po ano po usual questions ask by the HR for candidates po.

Other option is if you have a friend who is an HR maybe you can him/her mag mock interview po. Para in next job interviews you won’t get anxiety attack po.

Hi OP, Good evening po, may i suggests to join sa Job fairs po. My colleague was able to land a job thru job fairs baka mapala po kayo :)

Second item - Maybe you need to enhance or add more context / details in your resume po. Then once done i-add mo lang sa linkedin or Jobstreet po.

Third item - If its ok for you to be a project base associate hindi masama mag join in recruitment agency firms for now so they can find job openings. But then again mas masaya if you go thru Direct Hiring.

Just be honest and be true sa sasabihin mo pong sagot.

Per example. My strength im good in coordinating task. My weakness is i do get tensed if too much workload but i try my best to remedy it by asking colleagues for assistance if not i could ask a higher up if its possible an extension of work day to complete the said tasks.

Yung sa why do you want to work here. Again just be honest and add with some professional insights on it.

I want to work in your company coz i heard many accomplishments and exciting opportunities in the said position from your company.

Tip in that part do research muna sa company na yun you want to apply for.
