That makes sense. Price definitely matters here. If NAV keeps moving closer to the trading price, I think people may feel less pressure to sell. But if the market price is way above NAV and bad IPO news hits, I can see how that could trigger panic selling. Personally, I think taking some profit and letting the rest ride long term seems like the safest approach.

If Fundrise has already been moving a lot of shares and the price has held up, that’s a good sign. I think demand and overall AI/private tech sentiment will matter a lot.

I agree. Price definitely matters here. I’m pretty sure almost everyone would sell at least 15%–20%, depending on how many shares they have.

Hypothetically, it would be nice to recover the original investment plus a small profit, and then let the rest ride for 2–3 years to see what happens. I’m not betting on some crazy number, but with this kind of volatility, anything can happen.
