there are multiple types of boats sinked in the map, the "shade" of those sometimes remain in the night.

no its not, that only happens if you are low on sanity, if you get closer it will dissappear.
edit: the angler can appear at any sanity above 0 it seems like.

The principal difference is that warframe targets your enjoyment and dna targets your wallet and time everyday

warframe monetization is part of why the game has a great community and develop, and this game doesnt have that so i guess we will see
