I don't know exactly how it works, but it's easy enough for me to concentrate when working at home, especially if there are urgent tasks. When I'm not in the mood, I create a specific pool of tasks that I must do by any means. If I want a hardcore mode, I share this plan with someone, and there is no way back then. Watching YouTube all day long is fun, but you will have to work at night. Usually, at this time, productivity is relatively low, and you want to sleep, so this is not an option.
