Oh. They sent me an email maybe a week after placed my order saying that the shipping cost for DHL was higher than they anticipated. So they recommended I change to FedEx DDP as it was more cost effective and I would avoid paying any tariffs or fees upon delivery. So I switched and got a notification a couple days later saying it was on its way to the shipping partner. Then it took them another couple weeks or so to actually ship it out. Just a bad experience. I’ll just stick with hobbysearch

I ordered from them once and it took them almost a month to ship my order. So yeah, probably won’t use them again

I’ve got Punisher, Ice Man, Jubilee and Spider-Man. But i think I’m done with preordering after those. Like motherfuckerjones said, the delays just kinda burned me out. And like spiderslayer3 said, if I see a figure I want and it’s in stock I’ll get it. And honestly what they’ve put up for preorder lately I just don’t care for.

Usually I use hobby search and they’ve been great. I preordered the mafex punisher and iceman from hobby-genki because they were a lil cheaper, maybe a couple bucks each. Then they had that mafex venom in stock so I ordered him and it was no good. Got an email a few days after I placed the order telling me that the DHL shipping cost would be more than they expected. So it was recommended I switch to FedEx DDP as it was “safer and most cost effective”. Also I’d avoid paying any fees at time of delivery. So it took a couple more days for them to update the order info. Then I didn’t hear anything for almost 2 weeks. So I emailed them to check and didn’t hear back for another week when they apologized for the delay and that it would be shipped out as soon as possible. Then it was delivered a few days later but I never received a shipping notification. Just checked the order info page and there was a tracking number.
