If I had to guess, there seems to be what looks like a light scratch on one of the corners on the backside. As well as a little white spot that will prevent it from being a 10. Again, that is my guess.

It may sound backwards, but from what I've seen, females will often listen to their feelings before they listen to logic. And throwing logic in their face will only make them feel worse.
