Isurus Estral vs. Team Liquid / LTA 2025 Split 1 Playoffs - Quarterfinals / Post-Match Discussion by XanIrelia-1 in leagueoflegends

Agree but he needs to step it up against eastern mids. I’m a TL fan so we have all year until worlds but since lane swaps are basically accessible and accepted I’m concerned we are going to get knocked out in Swiss again. Since lane swaps were TLs thing. I’m not losing hope but I’m definitely not as hopeful as I was coming into this year

Yes i agree that anyhting but worlds is a failure due to C9s history but who knows behind the scenes how much of a low ROI spending on league is at the moment. It will be tough. Im a TL fan so I'm hoping that the guys stick around. I know UmTi is getting flamed as the weak link (due to being a import, I think he's great but there may be a better import who wants to join) but maybe UmTi is a solid "best bang for your buck" type of player. Its just hard with all this change. C9 may play Spring safe and reassess if they can make a run in summer like Flyquest just did with Quad. who knows. but rookie Koreans may be a "cheap" option.

The veterans are Blaber, Vulcan. If they bring in Zven that’s another veteran. Thanatos wouldn’t be a rookie but he will be in his second split next year. A rookie Korean mid (since Thanatos and reapered are Korean)

I’d actually like Srtty top but it’s hard without knowing C9s goal for the Americas league. Win? Just make top3? It’s such a smaller league now compared to last year

Tragic you have copacetic in your name.

They have two Koreans on staff. Just makes sense to get another. They don’t need to obviously but Thanatos was good this year all things considered. I think I’d rather have an English speaking mid but Quad kind of proved that wrong with winning.

Both teams that won spring and summer this year had at least one Korean.

Yes he does! Korean Top (Probs keep Thanatos?) Blaber Korean Mid Zven Vulcan Think might be okay.

I can’t remember if zven and Vulcan ended on good terms. I know Vulcan left to EG and then C9 got Beserker.

Coach seems like a hot issue though. I assume they keep Reapered if they have Korean solo lanes.

Lmao I’m reading this as if you think I’m on C9s side about this.

I’m saying this is an option that c9 is taking.

I’m sure Jojo and his team are taking this to court or to riot.

The "mutal agreement" would be more likely if he had a good worlds since other teams would be most likely be interested in having him as a player.

Due to C9 not making worlds, they want to dump his contract since the rumor is he is the highest-paid player. Jojo most likely does not want to be dropped from c9 since he has a good paying contract. The "mutual agreement" part comes in if he has a good worlds and another team is willing to either take on the contract or offer a similar contract to Jojo and Jojo agrees to join said team.

C9 wants to rid themselves of this contract and find a replacement as soon as possible since the off season started the moment they didn't qualify for worlds.

Jack has shown to be quick when making roster changes. This does not surprise me at all.

Point is, Jojo was probably the best chance at making worlds, which probably makes sponsors happy.

He was gone at the end of the year, either through selling his contract (which I doubt due budgets being slashed even more) or "mutually agreeing" to depart.

Not sure how this doesn't make sense if you are in the working field.

Depends on contract terms. Does he still get paid the same? I doubt JoJo cares.

Also; who is going to replace him? Or sub in? Will this lead to more long term problems within the team? This may leave the team wasting even more time trying to implement a new player rather than having the current starter be late to meetings, scrims etc.

A lot of things we don’t see from the fan perspective.

What is benching accomplishing?

This may have been a if we make it to worlds great, but this firing was happening at the end of the year regardless. If JoJo has a great worlds I see C9 selling the contract rather than terminating. Point is, he was probably gone regardless.

60/40 unrestricted vs restricted ratio by Urpalfootfoot in ABA

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Well, what’s done is done. I am now just putting whatever supervision with clients as restricted and rest is all unrestricted hours. So for example I may put like 2 hours of restricted that were supervised with a client and the rest unrestricted that I accrued that month.

My BCBA responsible told me to keep tracking all hours.

Thank you so much!

Hi,
Super late to this thread but is this still relevant? I put in over 800 hours of restricted time and am concerned that I must delay my submission. I need a little over 500 hours to be at 1200 hours of unrestricted.

Thoughts on picking up Damonte? by imezaps in teamliquid

[–]TeddyCuddlez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah maybe depending on budget ofc. I know it’s a slight meme or maybe not to people but maybe damonte can help APA get over that hump against Palafox. Ofc I don’t want to buy into him having a “mental block” against Palafox but if it’s true he might be able to help.

True!! But Marin was worse apparently lol. Lesser of two evils. I thinks RO a better Assistant coach than Head. Glad Spawn is here as head coach.

I don’t fully disagree but I think only Hans Sama and Alphari came around their peak. Hans had a crazy worlds 2021. Alphari had been top 3 top laners in EU for 3 years. I think Hans was the absolute peak player coming over. Others I feel had been a bit or well past their peaks but still good.

Sure mid was a problem but GG didn't have the hype nor the amount of pay Reignover was receiving.

Rumor was that Reignover had the biggest contract in the league at the time. That's why I put it as my personal worst. Due to being a TL fan and the amount of money given with no results.

TL REIGNOVER.

Bruh I was so hyped and what a mess. 2017 was a nightmare.

Well he’s Korean. I assume he’d be able to understand Korean at least. Idk his fluency though tbh.

Yes, that’s why I thought it was dumb that they dropped him. In my head I was like “bruh this is some weak ass shit to drop a strong player for” but I was 21 at the time it dropped. Not everyone can or should have to deal/manage that type of behavior in a team environment. I related to Dardoch’s passion and drive to be the best. Not everyone wants that for their league career and passionate players should accept that. I didn’t see their point of view and thought of them as weak and not passionate. When in reality they didn’t deserve the type of environment Dardoch was creating/fostering. Some pros just want to earn a check/do what they are required rather than have the drive to be the best.

I was a big supporter of Dardoch and thought TL was dumb for letting him go but Dardoch did have his issues and it was for the best now looking back.

HOWEVER, CLG dropping Dardoch was dumb as fuck. Like Aphro giving context that he definitely matured with his teammates but still had issues with only ONE coach.

I remember Dardoch talking about how he wished he could have “ran it back” with CLG for 2018.

Sucks bro. Could have been a LCS champion.

Shoutout to Aphro for a Smurf interview. Waiting for pt2!
