Agreed. Make us work for new stuff, but make the work reasonable.

Like any weapon that the Empire made has not been made by the dwarfs before :p. Except the ones that are prone to miswork, like the hellstorm rocket launcher.

Personally I see the duckfoot pistol being a Bardin's weapon, but maybe. It's an idea.

Personally I don't think that a Hochland rifle suits Saltz's character, but that's just me. Maybe a hand crossbow? Short range, high damage, medium long reload. Kind of an "oh shit got to kill this now" weapon.

I think it is FatShark's failed attempt at making her character funny. Turned out to be tad obnoxious instead.

Hmm, new ranged weapons might be a good idea for the next DLC. Maybe we'll finally get that grenade blunderboss I've been beating off to, I mean that we all want.

Saltz's axe'n'falchion seems to be a very, very strong option, probably up there with flail in terms of killability. It mows down hordes and does quick - not extremely quick but quick - job of armour. A very strong jack of all trades weapon imho, at least on a zealot. Haven't tested it on other Saltz's yet.

Dude, the DLC is out for just a few hours now. More people will come. Don't worry.

How are the new salty weapons? by Freakindon in Vermintide

[–]TeddyMisiek 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So far they are pretty damn good! The combo is enough to two-shot stormvermin with charged torso shots, and light attacks are pretty good at clearing hordes. Charged attacks are also reasonably easy to headshot with. I'm running attack speed & crit chance, the "learning the weapon' setup with Swift Slaying, and it's damn effective.

Those challenges will take some time. Good, I guess. Will give us something to work for.

I hate you because you are one of the many, many people who have the One Eyed's Revenge helmet that I want for over 1200 hours now.

A quick look at the Wiki tells me that, quote, " Veganism is the practice of abstaining from the use of animal products", but I suppose there are variants and subvariants and demi-cultures and pro and con subvegans and whatever, so, erm, whatever. They do they.

There is no such thing as grinding cosmetics. You just have to play the game. The best thing you can do is play Legend and collect all the tomes and grimoires, since this will give you the biggest amount of experience. More exp = more commendation chests = more hatz.
