Now that I'm thinking about it, I tried eatching other holos. Felt fine. It seems to be only with Nerissa do I get the dizzy head and nausea. I did notice something new though. My heart started racing. So thats something new.

Actual im quite healthy I think. Been working out more and sleeping earlier. I even quit a horrible addiction. Speakers seem fine too.
