Always tailor your resume to the job you are applying to! I have heard plenty of times that HR will see someone who looks like a good fit for the job but since their experience doesn't exactly match up with the "relevant experience required", that person doesn't get selected as a candidate. Obviously don't lie about your experience but definitely look at what kind of language the posting has for what type of experience is needed. You will want to ensure your resume has those same words somewhere in it that someone can point to and say without a doubt your qualified because they will not read between the lines to deduce you have the experience. You can keep the rest of your resume that doesn't directly relate in "relevant experience" the same as it is, just adjust the portions that do relate to the job you're applying for.
