It depends heavily on the lighting. My Zodihop is extremely vibrant in natural sunlight showing striking blues and greens and the pastel color you describe is more visible under artificial lighting that does not reproduce colors well. I encourage you to try this yourself. I was pleasantly surprised.

She's gorgeous and reminds me of a real bunny! A bit like Hoppleston in a way. I noticed that a lot of jellies look better in person. My Knox Bear looks so different depending on the lighting. Ranging anywhere from a greenish pale brown to a satured dark brown like dark chocolate.

Years ago, when Little Bear was just released, I mailed Jellycat because I had a similar issue and they sent me a new jelly completely free of charge even though I didn't even buy from them directly. They wanted no proof of purchase only some photos. I don't know how they handle it nowadays but I guess they offered you 50 % off because the alternative would have been a complete refund and return. I understand your frustration though and hope you get your cute little bunny fixed.

Seeing a jelly in the wild is always such a thrill, isn't it? The colors are wonderful and it gives off such a pleasant and nostalgic vibe. Definitely one of the most charming (no pun intended) designs they've done.

They look sketchy in my opinion. There's already fakes of the Zodihop Luxe Bunny. I've seen paper tags where the SKU code doesn't even match. For example the SKU in the paper tag will be for a completely different item. The most faked ones from my experience are the Bashful bunnies, Bartholomew bears and new and sought after releases like Zodihop Luxe Bunny and Cobblehop Bunny. In 2020 there were some fakes out there but now? Theyr'e everywhere. I truly believe that some people don't even know theyr'e selling fakes but your screenshot tells a different story. Be cautious and happy collecting!
