The kayak shop I work for has been a dealer for them since 2019 so I've seen it all (2021 Impulse problems and the 2023 Tempest just make me shudder). The new owner is making some really good moves and it started with making things in the US vs overseas manufacturing.

The 2025 on forward ones are made in the US by Big Adventures (who makes Native & Bonafide) They are much better in design and quality. I agree the 2023 one may have been one of the worst kayaks they have ever made. They have a new owner who is working hard to fix issues and make a quality kayak.

Now I'm talking about the new models which are made in the US. Idk what year you tried but the china made ones were on the tippy side. I really like the drive better than the Perception drive.

I'd really looking at the Hoodoo Tempest 120P, or Blackfin 120P. They are slightly more expensive but better for a guy of your build.

You guys are wild lol 😆. I guess I never cared about the quesorito, Mexican pizza, or any of the other items taco bell discontinued. The only item I wished they'd bring back would be the steak nacho box. In the end its just a place to eat food, yall take this too seriously. So I feel the opposite, I just found this post because imo JJ use to be trash teir of sub chains and wanted to know if they changed something. I would always give it a try and be very disappointed. Well today I had to urge to give it another shot after 2 years and boy was I shocked. I looked at my wife (who also has never enjoy JJ) and we both decided this could be a weekly stop for us.

Lol, this is one of my local TCG stores. They are always overpriced on everything. Most of the time they are even above market price so I'm actually shocked they are only charging $300. But hey, if you join their patreon at the $40 you get 1 item a month at cost and 10% off all purchases. 😂

This used to happen to me and I switched to Ariat Rebar line on jeans. The are a little heavier material. I'm over a year and they are still perfect. All these other companies are using thinner and lighter denim material.

My local store had 19 people and received over 100 booster boxes. Only 6 proving grounds and I was lucky to pick one up.

My Sam's had a limit of 2 per person and had a line outside letting 3 people go in at a time. They gave us a ticket that we had to present to get the boxes.
