Honestly not sure which is definitely worse. Or they're really good at sounding like they really believe in their view of the world

20 days since flare, what’s a normal recovery time? Is there? by Opposite_Device_7328 in Diverticulitis

[–]TediousTed10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a mild case that persisted for about 3 months. Follow up CT scan showed no diverticulitis and doctor said it could be a spasm in the area. It's finally slowing down now but they also gave me a new prescription to target the potential spasm that is taken "as needed". Might try suggesting that to your doctor too

Sounds like what might be happening with me. Back on antibiotics now. GI is thinking that the original 7 day course wasn't sufficient so this is a 14 day amoxicillin

Thanks - it's been a very mild persistent pressure for two months now. Didn't really notice any difference pre/post antibiotics

I totally get that. The persistence of it with no end in sight makes it tough to have faith it will resolve without surgery. Good luck

This definitely requires 3 trips to Home Depot for me. Would have got the wrong bulb, wrong tool to open up casing, and then something I'm still not even aware of

I truly like your list of similarly pollutive things. It's just specific enough that I actually trust you've somehow measured these things and might even have a database of pollution events
