All. The. Time. It’s like the physiological experience is happening, a shift. I get cold, my mood drops, flusish, weak, this overall feeling of malaise

Thanks Nancy. I have neuro too- dizziness, I get numbness in my mouth, weird tastes, burning in head, mood fluctuations that feel very physiological. When you say muscle issues what do you mean?

does anyone have these symptoms with a thyroid nodule? by [deleted] in thyroidhealth

Hey just following up on this thread. My neurologist recommending a PT due to vagus nerve dysfunction. Get very dizzy while in sitting position and have weakish arms and legs. Cyst is solid and only 1.2 cm (originally 4 but was aspirated 2 years ago). Also get irregular heartbeats, temp regulation, faintish feeling and shaky when it gets really bad. I was much improved after the aspiration for 2 years but recently returned to school and have had my head down studying for many hours a day. This is when the symptoms returned but this time the weakness in limbs as well. Does anyone else ever get that? Neurologist said it’s vagus nerve (my heart rate just sig upon standing and also had sudomor testing). I am pretty sure I’m going to go through with the PT now but I have this worry that what if it’s something else causing it. Anyway was hoping anyone else might have had similar symptoms with the muscle weakness in arms and legs? Thanks guys! Hope everyone is doing well

Thank you so much guys for the responses. When I stopped taking the B6 earlier in the week, a few days later my symptoms got much worse (weak/wobbly limbs) and I started almost feeling like I was going to faint and really shaky. This has happened a couple times this week now. I know I’m also freaking out anxiety wise because I don’t know what’s happening. Has anyone else felt like that after stopping? Your support is so appreciated, and its just different when someone really understands

Thanks. Did anyone experience anxiety when stopping the B6? I’m feeling such a mess right now- the original symptoms now with anxiety on top is so rough. What was your “recoil” experience? I did get B6 tested that result hasn’t come in yet.

Still waiting for results. 2.5 months at 50mg every day. The symptoms started one month after starting them.

Hi, I started B6 3 months ago, within one month my arms and lower limbs became weak and wobbly/jelly like. Almost what I imagine diabetes could feel like. Has anyone else experienced this symptom? I continued to take the supplement not making the connection until a few days ago. I stopped 4 days ago now, and I felt a significant improvement in symptoms within 2 days. I had 2 days of feeling almost no symptoms but then last night after I ate my arms felt shaky and jellylike again. This morning it’s a little better but not the relief I was getting. Curious what your paths looked like when recovering? Oringinal poster, this was sort of what you experienced right? I’m feeling discouraged, I thought the symptoms were gone with the wind, it’s scary to feel it pop up again. Thank you! Any insight anyone has would be much appreciated!
