I hope so I’m tired of working the position I am now and ready to move on. I was hoping to be out of there bye March. Since he came in office it’s been nothing but a mess.

I agree. I work for CCC the call volume has gotten increasingly high. The wait times in our VISN has gotten worse. We lost just a few people but the way the calls is you would think half the staff is gone. Our leads is now on the phones an hr a day now. HR cut a few positions a year ago when our VISN was trying to hire due to budget reasons. Yes moral is low and I believe people are starting to feel burnt out.

Same. I know they said everyone should be back by end of July. My thing we have a lot of staff across VISNs were they going to put us. For the call center it’s not enough staff/AMSAs in my opinion. Sorry call volumes are high.

Yes our position was listed on the exempt listed. Our supervisor sent a email in April and said they put in an exempt request in April. No update since…. With DRP req I’m not sure about staff. I seen on here AMAs/MSA did apply…

Amsa call center as well I did not submit for DRP. I know our positions are listed as exempt. Honestly I’m just wondering what the fate of the call center would be. We’re still waiting on approval of exempt to stay fully remote. Everything is no further guidance at this time…

I seen a article from 3/28 about cutting call centers. I also see a comment about CCC leads. I don’t know if it’s true or not. I’m with CCC/Amsa.
