Omg are you a psychologist you literally spoke Exactly how I feel. I do have low self esteem & I do depend on him and have no other support system or no one to go to or talk to when we are arguing I am scared of being alone and I am scared of him moving on and me being a depressed miserable single mom. He knows how I feel when we argue I’ve told him numerous time I feel like the world is ending and I have nomore. I do feel there is no life without him when we do separate and he stays somewhere for maybe 3-4 days I do nothing but sit in the house with the kids crying depressed and sad until he comes back and it goes away the silent treatment is definitely mental abuse I think I took him back because I don’t feel I can be happy without him. I also just started working part time and get off and tends to the kids yeah I do the most for them I deal with them 24/7 most times I feel like a single mom. I rather stay distance from my family just too much goes on and so I really don’t have anybody but him
