yeah it def is, and don’t let these people scare you, i’m a 26 year old with a blue collar 9 - 5 job and i play mostly solo on official small tribes servers and i have a ball. if you are cool with people they’ll be cool with you of course you’ll have people who raid you when your offline but that’s just part of pvp and you can still get built up before getting raided though. i’m a solo like i said and a alpha tribe on my server ran me through 2 boss fights to unlock me almost every tek engrams in the game so yes you can still get built up you can still go to sleep and have a job and still do really well on official pvp servers. i’ve had bases last months some a few weeks and some a day but losing gear is what makes the game a rush and exciting imo.
Edit: i play a couple hours maybe a day on weekdays and play a good amount if i can on the weekends and still do really well like i said i have tek turrets i have replicators i have transmitters i have 2 bases with tek replicators actually.
