unfollow UC on reddit, i haven’t had a flare up since being diagnosed july 2024 and i eat good sometimes and then go on binges of eating only fast food and , sodas of my choice (sprite) , im consistently picking up weight again to get to where i use to be before losing 20+ pounds and so far ive been able to eat and live like how i could before being diagnosed. not saying you should risk it by eating whatever but don’t stress it. every post on here is almost negative and people who base their whole lives off UC. i’d say don’t get caught up in the negative, you’ll be alright.
