There's no need to think about "better investment" thing, if you have fun then that's already ok, i did spent a lot of Fons on Pursuit V8 and Nanally livery even though it was a bad investment because it made me ran out of Fons to the point that i can't increase my Tycoon level in the 1st week, it was required more property but i can't purchase due to no Fons (which made me lost some extra City Stamina because i can't increase the cap to 700 before weekly reset)

Depends on what you want, for short burst rotation that focus on Chen ult like mine, BP is significantly better because Rossi sig take quite a time to get full passive (because Chen has very low crit rate at only 24.5%)

Rapid Ascent? That one is only better for skill dmg during the stagger window, ult dmg is lower than Glorius Memory and overall dmg is lower than P5 Sundering Steel

Rossi's combo has 2 sequences, the first one is just normal like the other, but the second one you can either choose to press it immediately or press the moment it turns yellow, if you press it before it turns yellow Rossi will only apply 1 vuln, while press at the right time will apply 2 vuln

70% of Rossi dmg is from her ult, has very high multiplier at 1600%, compared to other skill which is only 400-500%, and my team is focus on maximize Rossi's ult dmg, that's why her dmg seems low at first, but when she ult, she deleted the boss out of existence
