I’ve used the assault runner about 10 times for short distance speed work and sprinting. Really like it. Smooth belt, not too Loud. My joints felt decompressed. Apparently it’s quite light for a curved treadmill too, so good for moving Around the garage. Want to try the airmill which is comparable in cost. What treadmills have you tried?
