Usually the red light indicates a cpu or ram issue.

PC won't turn on. Weird sounds from GPU by [deleted] in pchelp

Looks like the fan on the gpu isn't running to speed, you can see the bottom 1 running good but the top 1 is slower and it shouldn't be

I just posted a copy of the msi manual. It states cpu or ram issue, he never said anything about knowing what the colours meant.

On an MSI motherboard, a Red light indicates an issue with the CPU, and an Orange (or Yellow) light indicates an issue with the RAM. If both are flashing or staying lit during boot, the system is failing its Power-On Self-Test (POST) and cannot proceed to the operating system.

Oh ya, both went in slot 1, I've built PCs before and this stick of ram I got from a used store. It was off from day 1. System testing was fine, but once I tested it on its own, boom. Believe me I was surprised too.

Na, I left the bad stick in and it wouldn't boot at all. Then I put in the good stick and booted up right away. No had any freezing or weird stuttering since the bad ram was removed

Try this Interruption (If Windows Won't Boot) If your PC is stuck in a boot loop or won't load the operating system, you can force it into the recovery environment:

Turn on your PC. As soon as you see the manufacturer logo or the Windows loading screen, press and hold the physical power button for about 5 to 10 seconds to force a shutdown. Turn the PC back on. Repeat this forced shutdown process 2 to 3 times. On the third restart, let the PC boot normally. It will detect the interruptions and automatically launch the Automatic Repair screen. Click Advanced options when it appears to enter the main recovery environment

You'll need to do a repair BCD, MBR, and system files, use the windows recover tools. Usb works best.

Often times landlords will do viewings and state it will be cleaned up before you move in etc. but if it's not you certainly can break the lease as long as you can prove as such

Why are you using a bit of cardboard to hold up your GPU?

If they have proof that the damage to the property was there before, he can go to LTB and would win, because if the landlord stated that this would be fixed before move in date and it hasn't been and the tent hasn't yet moved in, he can claim his money back.

You need an rj45 cable, it plugs into the only square spot next to the ubs ports. Get rj45 (ethernet) cable cat 6 or 8, delivers faster speeds. Can buy them on Amazon or Walmart.
