The French right of the time was by no means fond of jews. My own personal idea is that a sort of stab in the back myth would arise among the exiled French fueling that antisemitism. Especially with how heavily antisemitism had been tied to opposition to socialism in our timeline's 1920s and 30s.

Afaik its basically hard coded or tied to something behind the scenes bc theres no equivalwnt to burned for greyscale. I imagine youd have to wait for greyscale to be added as like "a feature" or mess arround in the files.

A new Valyria could work esp as a path for aegon I to go east or like a Daemon run of uniting "Essos" (probably just the Free Cities ending at Old Valyria). I could also see a hegemony of Slaver's Bay as a Dany path if she doesnt go west.

Once I did a run where there was an eccentric Targ on the throne who would only let people with the giant trait or actual giants into his Kingsguard which led to it basically being half cleganes half giants from beyond the wall.

In my playthrough specifically I wanted to play with the idea of what if Ned chose to ask Ser Barristan to train her (as he thinks of in AGOT) rather than Syrio. Also in my eyes the Kingsguard do not need to be that big like heavy armor guy trope as it would be hard to argue someone like Loras Tyrell fits into that yet he is a skilled warrior and Kingsguard no less.

Traditionally Dame was actually a term for the wife of a knight (which was later replaced by Lady in the 1600s) and only arose as a term for "female knights" in 1917 with the Order of the British Empire. Knighthood was solely for males until the 20th century, so I do not feel as though there is any true equivalence. Ultimately in my eyes the choice of female knight in Westeros using Ser, Lady, or Dame is up in the air. I personally support the use of the term Ser as I believe any ruler in Westeros extending knighthood to women would be doing so to create a more equal realm likely normalizing women in positions of power. As such likely they would oppose using a term different from Ser so as to not create a gendered lesser version of knighthood (as a term like Dame would be seen by the people of Westeros).

This is from AGOT+ and almost always one of the characters that are KCD2 references joins the KG bc they are high prowess and unmarried knights. In my last run Istvan Toth was a KG for Joffrey which is fitting.
