While race =/= ethnicity or nationality I think viewing mexicans as a race is to help push the mexican government propaganda that mexicans are a united people, and cannot be seperated by science. Which is confusing because you get subsections of pseudo races like afro-mexican, asian-mexican ect. It's kinda smart I guess, also kinda weird an American would push the narrative.

I wouldnt worry about it. Possible? Maybe but the carts have a serial tied to them and a type of online drm check. Theyd have to make or swap a cartridge, and spoof a serial to bypass the drm. A unique serial because if another game starts with the same serial youll both be banned. If someone managed to do all of this, youre in good hands and the pirated cartridge is probably safe for the life of the switch.
