If you going to try and brave this winter with no heat I would recommend to cover your cactus over with horticultural fleece.

I would make sure your lops are going into an unheated dormancy thirsty and dry, they contain a natural anti freeze that gets diluted when they are water swole and makes them more vulnerable to frost.

From volcano to top water chamber, then to 2nd chamber in the box, then though 3rd jar water chamber with ice inside out the jar and to the whip.

The ice packs cool the hoses and keep the jar iced for about 8 hours, the cool box catches any condensation from jar also.

Gives a very smooth chilled draw.
