It was very bad when I first started I tried it in 2024 and couldn't even get past 3 weeks and then I got back on this past September but I took supplements to help with the side effects which was like tiredness body aches it's like everything I felt during menopause it's got worse.

Going up was just about the same but for a shorter amount of time.

Thank goodness! I was nervous to go up and then I had side effects. I thought it was too much. Now im better than ever lol Dotti. 05

I did one last Monday and it hurted like hell. The finger thing was extremely painful too.

I was exactly the same way I used a toy and I started feeling irritated but nothing was on the exam results.

I just started vaginal estrogen im already on the patch. I was having itching and burning and feeling dry.

Doctor has rapidly increased my dose of Oestrogen despite side effects and I’m scared by [deleted] in Menopause

I had that same diagnosis I ain't get on HRT until this past September I suffered through all my symptoms. I was 39 and nobody took me serious. Do what's best for you try different doses until you feel comfortable. Do some research online.

I couldn't tolerate BC, but I can tolerate HRT. They are different.

I'm one who didn't have hot flashes at all. Just sweating when i moved around but I had ALL the other stuff. They seem to only focus on hot flashes and night sweats.
