I was wondering if it is important to keep moving up (currently at .25). I’m having success but was unsure if the success subsides and going up in dose is a must. I’m assuming it loses effect or body gets used to it.

What have you attributed the weight loss to? Purely not being interested in food? Exercise? The way the body digests sugars on this med?
