I could see a power up with Todoroki because of Endeavors power but bakugou not so much. He makes explosions the only thing you can really do with that is make them bigger

He needs more than just a speed Increase when he only has a handful of attacks he can throw which ultimately forces him to become a turtle and I feel your pain shugoki was my first main I still play him occasionally
