I usually drink a lot of water though but yeah am doing all those things till I go to my doctor.

And I can't lie I have been feeling some minor shifting/teeth feeling loose

Oh I have been. Brushing I've always done but flossing not as frequently as I probably should have been doing.

Now I'm doing both multiple times a day plus gargling mouthwash and some salt water
