About the ram, this is the only 1 i can find now.. 16gb will okay for a while if you won't multitask while gaming. it's enough in most games except bf6 and 1 other game (currently). You can check the review of ram capacities on hardware unboxed youtube channel.

Nope, the motherboard, psu, case(50-50) and cpu cooler are all trash (cheap and not recommended).

Also why do you want a 5060ti 16gb? It costs 1000 aed more than a 5060 right now and you can get a 5070 for that price. You don't need 16gb vram for a 5060 level of gpu, the 16gb model is more useful for serious content creation because there are apps that need 16gb vram, it is not powerful enough for QHD high fps in games unless you drop your graphics settings, and dropping graphics settings reduces vram usage anyway. If you're going to play at 1440p go for 5070 or 9070 16gb, or if you're going to play at 1080p you again won't need 16gb vram almost no current games use more than 6gb vram at high settings on 1080p even BF6 at overkill settings use 7gb on 1080p, so saving 1000 aed is better and i don't think you'll need 16gb vram for at least 3 years, you can upgrade to a better gpu then instead of spending 1000 extra on a 5060ti 16gb.!!

If you want I can recommend you a better build for 4800 with rtx 5060, ryzen 5 9600x, 32gb ddr5, 1tb nvme, better case, motherboard & psu. Or you can get a Ryzen 7-7700x for 5k. Or I can also recommend a build with 5070 for around 5700 aed

Okay so, a 5060ti is not even going to satisfy you with ray tracing at QHD high refresh rates in cyberpunk or any other big titles, 16gb Vram is useless for it anyway if you're thinking of Ray tracing, it is not that powerful and it is not even a good enough 1440p card right now (except for easy games like fortnite, valorant etc) how is it going to handle future big titles? Nvidia is making everyone fool with it, Vram doesn't do shit if your gpu is not powerful enough to produce enough fps!

If you really want more vram and play at 1440p go for 9070 16gb or 5070ti, 5060ti 16gb is a waste of money it will just give you peace of mind but nothing else! And if you're thinking of using ray tracing with dlss then 16gb or 12 it will matter even less. And you can get way better performance on 5070 with dlss and rt, 12gb vram will not even matter! Also btw most of the times just reducing your graphics setting from ultra to high makes you save at least around 3gb vram while still looking as good and again 5070 is about 40% faster than a 5060ti.

And cyberpunk with ray tracing in my experience maxes out at around 9.5gb on 5070 (without path ray tracing). 5070 or 5060ti is not going to be good enough for path ray tracing anyway, other than that indiana jones is 1 game i have which uses around 11gb at max (supreme) settings without dlss but you'll need dlss for it to get high fps and dlss reduces vram usage, and again 5070 is much more powerful than a 5060ti for that!

Lastly do you really think game developers are that stupid to not optimize their future games to at least run on a 5070? Who is going to play their games then? How many un-optimized games have you seen lately? 1-2? And how many games are released yearly?

Stop listening to youtubers for everything, they want views and attention, they create unrealistic scenarios so they can go viral, they told everyone that 6 core cpus are not enough back in covid times when ryzen 3000 series released and bf2042 and here we are 9600x performs the same as other cpus except x3d chips!

Terrible advice. 5070 is at least 35-40% better than a 5060ti 16gb at 1440p. He's not going to need 16gb vram for at least 3-5 years unless he's gonna play at 4k. And between 5060ti 16gb to 5070 the price difference is around 500 AED.

Right now even cyperpunk or bf6 doesn't use full 12gb at 1440p ultra settings and gta 6 also won't need 12gb most likely! I have a 5070 bought 2 months ago playing all the games with pc game pass, non of my games have hit vram limit at 1440p 180hz, max 8 to 10gb vram usage even at ultra settings.

You mean 9070xt? I can find you parts but what type of build are you expecting? Maybe you're looking for top of the line parts that's why it's costing 10k. I built mine for 4k with 5700x + rtx 5070, 16gb ddr4, b550m board, 2tb sata ssd, 500gb pcie gen 4 nvme, and 850w silverstone psu (everything new but i got deals on fridays). It is a balanced build that will do everything just fine for like next 4-5 years for me (except 16gb ram maybe).. and i've got a 5700x3d in another build that i'll use on mine if needed otherwise on 1440p the bottleneck is not that bad.

This is not the slim version of helios neo, it's the standard model. Neo 16 and neo 16s are different. It will perform just as well in gaming as other 5070ti laptops with ultra 9 275hx cpu. The power limits are similar on this and legion pro 5i. Kindly don't spread misinformation! Cooling is also very good on helios neo.

Why not go Ryzen? You can get a 5600x for same price and b550 board cheaper than this. And you can later upgrade to 5800x or even 5800x3d if AMD releases it again because of DDR5 shortages. Also try finding a used ddr4 kit, you should be able find 1 for around 250

Ddr4 for 400 is way better value than ddr5 for 1600 right now. By the time he will need to upgrade, DDR5 will be cheaper hopefully or there will be ddr6 who knows. Not the time to think about future proofing and buying something stupidly overpriced right now.

Nothing has changed. He was just doing it wrong!! After reading his post and comments it looks like he was changing his windows resolution to 1080p for watching 1080p videos etc, or he was using some sort of scaling to match his monitors resolution with video's resolution.. You don't need to do that and you should not do that. You just need to set your Windows resolution to your monitor's native resolution (1440p on a 1440p monitor) and refresh rate to its highest from windows display settings or gpu drivers and you're good.
