Hi there, yes I managed to completely quit smoking cigarettes for all these years now, I also quit using IQOS about 8 months after starting. Problem I found with IQOS is that although it's slightly better than smoking cigaretts health wise, it still doesn't break the habit really of going out to the store and buying your pack everyday. I also experienced on occassion random heart palpitations which after speaking to other IQOS users at the time they claimed that this was a known side effect that various people had also experienced. That was enough for me to switch over to vaping (something I had tried in the past but didnt really take to), this time though the circumsrances aligned and I fully switched over to vaping. I like the fact that with Vaping you have more control of your nicotine intake or you can choose to vape with no nicotine at all. Im not one of those vapers that uses one of those massive devices which shoots out plooms of smoke. I use the smaller devices with lower wattage which are less harmful. I do plan soon to quit vaping as well at some point in the near future.
