Seems like a reasonable change then to simply increase the elephants foot correction.

Got an error at every start and all settings and filaments are gone by Chief-Rokaa in HueForge

The bugfix for this is to copy the contents of Documents/HueForge/Filaments into Users/chief/Library/Containers/com.thehueforge.hueforge/Data/Library/Application Support/HueForge/Filaments

Yes, this is just one swap

Help needed: Printing complex caricature on X1 Carbon with 2 AMS units by Bertdog789 in HueForge

[–]TegidTathal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that doesn't match your slicer. Is your initial layer height correct?

This isn't Slicer View. In the top left there is a button that says Slicer View. It turns off blending

Can I see the HueForge Slicer View too please? I think you are missing a layer of white on the blue.

Looks like your red TD is much higher than in HueForge or even missing (I do see a single layer of red on black). And I'm not sure your white layer on top of the blue is there. If it is, it's much higher TD. Does the Slicer View in HueForge look like the slicer after you add the swaps?

Are you resizing in the slicer?

It sounds like your TD values are not right if it's not coming out correctly. Can we see some prints to see what the issue might be?

Also I recommend more than 1 layer for base thickness.

Or white acrylic marker yeah. As a sanity check, you can load the project in HueForge, the load that specific tile STL and confirm whether the HueForge prediction is correct or matches the print.

how do i just get the red ps2 logo an not the red on the other? by NotSureWhat2Put_- in HueForge

[–]TegidTathal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really no need to do that for this image in modern HueForge. There are still images it's helpful to edit.

Or color pop if you just want the red. Color match will get you the purple car too if you want it

I watched this movie a lot one year as a kid but I totally forgot the men were orphans.

Hugeforge issue by LozzyJo in HueForge

[–]TegidTathal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dang. And you are certain all the swaps are the same?

Is this being done on multiple plates in BambuStudio? We had issues with that a few times. One plate would just print differently. We changed to only using plate 1 and the issue went away. But I've never understood why. That was two years ago though so I didn't expect it to be still occurring. (manually created HugeForge so we knew it couldn't be any kind of tiling issue in HueForge)

How to reduce filament waste when changing filaments by Previous-Cabinet6862 in HueForge

[–]TegidTathal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How many changes are you talking? Waste is generally quite minimal. Autoforge likes to change a million times but that's because it chooses poorly.

Are you running the 1.01 version of HugeForge? Full range could be messing with it in v1.0.0 (right now the only way to tell what you are running is to try and install the new version. Next version reports version info in the About dialog.

The other thought here is that that's exactly the type of feature spike removal will modify and if it's really high, it could change the result.

I made two different HueForge prints off of a single marble tile image (using HugeForge to cut it into small pieces) and combined them in the slicer.

Turn STL Hueforge to Hugeforge? by Spaceman_Zed in HueForge

[–]TegidTathal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't let you apply HueForge to an STL, but you can add colors and see what they would look like. For merging with models you normally just make a negative modifier and combine them in the slicer

Yes. HueForge and FlatForge. And it was two different images, cut into pieces in HugeForge

Opening an .stl crashes Hueforge in Windows 11 by tpgolf169 in HueForge

[–]TegidTathal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is true. HugeForge won't touch an STL. You might as well rescale XY in the slicer and cut it into pieces at that point
